My name is Anthony Mack, but most people call me Tony. I’m from Santa Clarita, California. I’ve had a lot of brain trauma and physical injuries from a fall, breaking most of the bones in my body.
My name is Doug Vanderberg, and I’m from Sioux Center, Iowa. In 2018, I had a heart attack and an aortic aneurysm. I didn’t mention this before, but I also injured my foot years ago, and all of my toes were unhooked. They hooked them back up, but I also had arthritis in my foot, which I didn’t mention at the time.
I came up here because I thought maybe stem cell therapy could help with my conditions.

She was always willing to answer my questions, whether it was my first, second, or third visit, and would walk me through everything so I knew exactly what was happening and how it worked.
Initially, I was a little doubtful about what the treatment could do for me, but I am amazed. This morning, I could feel the bottoms of my feet, and the toe that was full of arthritis, which I couldn’t move before, is now starting to move. Last night, I even noticed that I could feel things on the bottom of my foot that I normally couldn’t feel at all—it used to feel like a big knot, but now I can feel it move, and my toes are starting to move again. The experience has been incredible.
It’s a peaceful place that brings a sense of calm. You walk in and feel welcomed and well taken care of. It’s very classy and safe here. There are motorcycles and police around, so I honestly feel safer here than I do back in Iowa, which is one of the safest places in the United States, in Sioux Center, in the northwest corner of Iowa.
The people here are incredibly friendly, and I’m very impressed by how many speak English. We had fun hiking around Arenal Volcano, visiting Manuel Antonio Beach, and seeing the beautiful countryside. The weather here is incredible. If you come, you might not want to leave! The food is wonderful as well.
